I’ve struggled with anxiety and stress for several years, to the point where it had taken over my life. Affecting both my personal life and my job and I wasn’t very keen seeing a phycologist to talk these problems out. A family member had suggested I see a hypnotherapist to try an alternative route to mending my issues. I’ve always been very curious about this type of therapy and decided to give it a go with Diana. I had 8 sessions with her, all done via Skype (Video Chat), I felt her voice to be very soothing and I felt very comfortable with her. I also felt that the hypnosis sessions she prepared were all very unique for me and not just general. The hypnosis sessions reminded me of a guided meditation, a lot of mental imagery and positive suggestions. Diana records the audio of each of the hypnosis sessions (only the hypnosis part), so after each live video chat session with her, she would then send me the audio recording so that I could self-hypnotize myself on my own time. I found this to be very beneficial, especially since the repetition helps the mind submit to the positive suggestions. She also provided me with some self-help techniques that I could do on my own time, which would increase the effectiveness of the hypnosis. Since having the therapy with Diana, I am now a more positive person. Which helps even more these days especially since we are going through a pandemic. I no longer feel the explosive pressure in my head, I’m more confident, am sleeping better and am no longer having anxiety attacks. I’m very happy I found Diana for my hypnotherapy, she’s soooo good and qualified at what she does. Thank you Diana for finally giving me peace.

I did the Curbing comfort eating during lockdown module as part of the Invincible Lockdown Mindset bundle, and I had no idea what would happen. While comfort eating hadn’t been high on my list of things to be concerned about, I was eating quite a bit at night in between my work. However, the night after I did the training, I didn’t get up during my work to get food even once! I even wandered into the kitchen, opened the fridge and thought, “What am I doing here? I’m not even hungry and nothing sounds good anyway!” I closed the fridge and walked away. This works!

Having tried only conventional CBT therapy for years, I had always found my biggest issue with being able to heal was purely discipline.
